Mercedes Benz C-class W205 AMG C63 rear 1 pot brake kit with 360mm disc installed
Installed this genuine Mercedes Benz AMG C63 rear one pot brake kit with 360mm drilled and ventilated disc onto this W205 C200. Previously the car have already got the 6 pot C63 front brake kit installed. However, in order to balance the weight shift of the car, rear brakes were also installed after few months after the front brake kit upgrade. The car immediately feels much more balanced then before.
I Have done the same thing to my c300 w205 but it's throwing fault codes which I can't clear. I have fitted the front in which they work and fit fine but I believe the rear C63 calipers need washers to align the calipers with the disk in which I haven't done, which when you turn the car on the disk rubs against the caliper and throw codes is this what causes it? I have the new correct brake harnesses so I don't know what else it could be? Please help! Here are the codes it's throwing. I can't recalibrate the brakes due to the codes and they cannot be cleared as they just come back on again. As soon as I plug the original rear brakes back in the codes Clear..
