P008A error code

Hi all,
My C250 drives normally but got error code P008A - Fuel Pressure Low recently when going full throttle and the car slightly stalled! The engine light is on now but otherwise the car drives nicely!
Any idea what the issue might be? Hope it's just something minor!

I know this is old, ever get this resolved? We randomly get this on our '17 GLC300

Did you by chance get your P008A figured out? I just got one in my 13 GLK at 140k. I'm leaning fuel filter, but read its a possible design flaw and some live with it and work around it with high grade gas, S mode driving, and fuel additives.

I believe I cleared it and it hasn't come back.
