C250 AMG Line Brake Upgrade
Hi all,
I have been searching everywhere, but without luck...
Do you know if it’s possible to retrofit C63 brakes on a C250 W205?
And if so, what is needed?

A quick Google search shows it's been done on quite a few models, although I didn't find a W205 one.

Parts needed:
1) C63 Calipers (C63 front calipers comes with the 360mm rotors, while C63S calipers usually comes with the 390mm rotors. Rear rotors are 360mm.)
2) C63 Rotors (if you intend to use the locking screw, you will need to drill out that hole which should match your original C250 rotor)
3) custom brackets and bolts to fit the front calipers (the C63 caliper bolts are top mounted, the C250 is side mounted)
4) shims to align the rear calipers to rotors
5) Brake pads and wear sensors
6) electronic brake cable from the C63 (rear left and right)
7) custom SS brake hoses (the C63 hoses are too long, and your stock hoses doesn't fit the 63 calipers)
Do take note that the C63 rotor hubs are thicker, so this will reduce the hub seat length. Your wheels will sit a few mm outwards.
Depending on your wheel design, you may/may not need spacers to clear the larger brakes.
Another option is to use the brakes setup from the C43 - this is more of a plug and play setup, but need to be mindful on the front wheel offset as the C43 calipers are pretty broad (width wise)
hope this helps.

do you know where I can source these products to make them fit?
did you do it yourself?
thanks for the help again!
I plan on using C63S Calipers and 390 for front.

if you can source for the C63 calipers that comes with the original brackets, this may work too.
for shims you can fit up the caliper to the rear rotors, then measure how thick you require the shim (spacer) to be to have the calipers aligned properly to the rotors.
