Muffler Delete Causing Engine Light - Crankcase Error Code?

Muffler Delete Causing Engine Light - Crankcase Error Code?
Hey fellow W205 owners,
First post for me here....glad to be part of the club!
About a week ago I went to a famous muffler shop here in Toronto and had a muffler delete done. Sound is OK - nice warble in low revs and glad I didnt have to do alot of modifications that would be costly to reverse.
Anyways... two days ago my check engine light came on so I had my service advisor scan the car and apparently the crankcase error code came up. They said it was common this time of year because of the cold temps but I'm wondering if this might have been caused due to the muffler delete. Can any of you provide any insight into this? Might just have the mufflers put back on if this isnt covered as part of their CPO warranty.
