Where are the RF receivers located?
My key doesn’t work from far when my rear dash cam is plugged so I have to reroute the cables but I didn’t find any diagram of the RF receivers placements

This is shown in WIS. Do you have a copy? Search eBay.
Antennae for W166 are in:
each door (4)
front center console
rear seat center area, I think under the rear center seat
6 total for W166. If your dash cam cable runs through the center of the car there is a strong chance it is near an antenna. Running it through the headliner would be safer from the point of view of avoiding an antenna.

WIS contains all MB vehicles. Did you search ebay? $8 download or thereabouts.

Search for A2/61, the antenna in the center stack near the climate control/audio control. It's likely one of your cables is running near this antenna.
