2016 white c300 dent/paint repair
Any ideas how much fixing this dent/paint on bumper and glass top on rear light seems to be chipped as well cost? Suggestions?

I'd find a junk yard taillight. They will want to put a new bumper cover on, mine was $1800, painted and installed. If you can do the tail light yourself or give them a used one it would save you some money.

It depends on if they can pop out the dent from the plastic rear bumper cover. If so they can smooth/paint it without any replacement parts which would be a big savings. Otherwise, you'd have to get a new rear bumper cover and then have them paint it.
The light assembly shouldn't be too much online. Can even get a generic OEM quality one online to save some money and probably could install it yourself. There are youtube videos and sites about changing it.

I'd heat up the divit with a heat gun and then pop it out from the inside. Pretty easy to do. Then get some compound and buff the area. You'll probably get most of it out except the scratches through the paint. At that point you can get some bids on prepping and painting the area...or since it's white can try yourself.
Taillight... eBay for a used one?
It all depends on the age and value of the car. I wouldn't do any of this on my 2020 selenite gray car but if it's a high-mileage vehicle and you want to save some money these are options.

Although I can’t give you a hard number, the bumper looks save-able, the dent isn’t too big, looks like it can be popped out. As for taillight, I would get a used one from a junkyard or eBay, they cost an arm and a leg from Mercedes.

I don't think body shops are going to want to spend the time fixing that dent. I was rear-ended twice in 3 months. Both times the damage to my rear bumper cover was less severe than the OP's bumper cover but no one offered to make repairs.
If it were mine, I would definitely try to pop it out, but in the end I don't think I would be happy with my Mercedes bumper not looking almost perfect, if part of the dent remains I'd want to replace it.
