Hello all, I've just recently purchased an ex-demonstrator 2020 C300 and have noticed under certain low frequencies there is a strange vibration coming from the front passenger door that is very loud and obvious and not even at loud volumes.

I'll be trying to back to the dealership to see if they look into the issue, but I thought I would also check in here to see if anyone may have had or seen this issue?

I've attached a short video that you will hear during the bass line; this is not even at a loud volume.

EDIT: I have the base Audio 20 system if that helps. I'm still trying to work out how many and what speakers it has as the sounds is so disappointing and even though there is a loud vibration with bass, the system actually lacks any real bass. If anyone has information on what/ how many speakers it has and a possible upgrade path would be highly appreciated.

 

UPDATE

I've found the source of the buzz/ vibration, which is the cover plate for the fuses in the footwell. The issue is completely resolved when I leave the cover off, now to resolve it.
