do anyone had this issues on their 2016-C300 AMG-Sport package??



My Check Engine Light wouldn't go away after reset....

 

Do you have any drivability symptoms ? I was driving my car to work this morning , upon a hard acceleration, check engine light came on and felt loss of power , check engine light started blinking ( misfiring ) long story short , got towed, when loading up on the tow truck, a bunch of smoke came out the exhaust , I have cyl 1&3 misfire codes / P06DA00 / and P1CEF85 which is your code .

 

my car engine shake sometime at traffic lights …other than that driving fine
engine oil color is very dark even though I did oil changed 5moths ago...
at one point I'd low oil warning to add one qt. of engine oil two weeks after oil changed,......wired.. so....I did added oil...
maybe I'll try to do oil change again to get rid of burnt dirty engine oil and see....

 

I'd both code.
had to fill engine oil every two week. didnt drive hard, so run, but some time feel that engine knocking.

yesterday replaced Oil Pump solenoid...it was hell of work, had to removed evening thing down to front bumper to replaced.
found STCKED Solenoid...reset the light, but check engine light come back ON today

have to take back to shop.

 

I do have all exact code as yours, Do you know what fixed your issue by any chance ?

 

I had all those code plus p0301, p219c,
my car at dealer now, they are trying to squeeze me more $$$ for diagnostics.
STEALER dealer.

I need to contact MB customer service. But I read from a few posts with no help.

You will need to do the follow.

1. Remove and install New Injections - If this is a C300 then you will need to remove and install 4 new Injections and not just 1. You could do one but I would not do that.
2. Replace all spark plugs
3. Change oil, 2x to remove any gas from it.

What you have wrong is that the ECU is seeing the Injector in Cyc 1 is staying open more than it should. If you do not do this soon, the injector may put do much gas in Cyc 1 and harm the engine.

 

I have a gl550 , 2014

 

Take out the Injector and see if it is working.

 

what was the result of all this ? Currently have a 2020 glb250 and i am going through it , I am just a girl
