C250 2015 High Beam Assist plus is possible add??

Can I add Highbeam Assist Plus on the my Led High Preformance? on my C 250 year 2015. My friend have C 220 same headlight as my Led High Preformance he has none ILS as I no have but his car in dark automatic turn on high beam and itself off for incoming cars and his lever low/high beam always stay in forward position! Is that’s Code 628 ?
