Illuminated star dying?

Hello all! So I was wondering how should the illuminated star light up and if it should be very bright? From the pics I see online from Google and here, it seems like all the LED parts should light up and light up fairly brightly. As far as I can tell, my star is OEM. Part number is A1668170316.

Thanks all!

That seems about normal to me, mine looks pretty much like that. It’s much more clear when it’s dark, it’s not really all that noticeable at dusk or dawn.

Hrmmm....this is when it was dark. For some reason I thought the entire circle would light up, not just the points and the tip.

Oh yeah I didn’t catch that, I didn’t notice how it was brighter at the tips until you mentioned it. I’ll look at mine tonight and let you know.

sorry it took so long, but here it is, you can see it’s pretty much evenly lit all across the star.

None
Mine is also dying in the exact same manner but i want to see if i can replace the LED diodes myself. Should not be that hard as long as i can easily get access to the place where they reside.
