MOVED to AMG Section 6-12-2021

My Factory Warranty is Officially Up Today 6-12-21 My Advisor set me up with a Loaner and any work will be covered under warranty this Last Time.


My Main Question from This Thread (Please & Thank You): Is there ANYTHING I should be inspecting on my C63 PRIOR to my Last Free Service Visit?

Hard to tell from pic, but do you have a panoramic sunroof on your C63? If so, I'd have them check it for rattles and also to make sure it is still in alignment. Any interior components wearing more than usual? Per the picture of the inside of your car, it looks like the silver/chrome accent near the center armrest/storage is bubbling. Try to have them replace that under warranty as well.

Thanks, NDR.......................YES my silver bubbled trim has already been fixed under warranty and YES I do have a Pano Sun Roof. I never open it but will do so and check for rattles before I drop her off.

Have RATTLE in front of the rearview mirror in black plastic trim that slides up and also touches the windshield, and from the L&R SOS Speaker Covers Near Sunglasses Holder. If I Push Up on L&R Side on speaker holes rattle stops immediately.

BELOW is a List I put together after researching Common RATTLES.

Common RattlesC63 AMG W205 Cars:

-Pano sunroof, in Tilt position the rattle goes away. In regular open or close, it rattles.

-Rear Ashtray

-Seat Belt Height Adjusters

-Sunroof/Dome Light Area Rattle,

- Glove Box

- 'A' Pillar

-Front Dashboard Rattle

- Dashboard Rattles ***Can Be Strut Tower Brace Under Hood Needs to be torqued to correct specs.

-Air Vents Rattle

- Hood Release

- Command Screen

- Sun Visors

-Rear View Mirror Plastic Trim**

-SunglassHolder Felt small rubber mat doesn't extend glasses rattle against exposed plastic

-Plastic L&R vibrates near sunglass, speaker holes/push UP 2 fingers L&R side and goes away.

-Foldable Rear Seats Squeak against side. Fixed by Lowering & forcefully snapping back in place.
