I have a polk audio PA5000.5 I would like to add to the base model C300 system. I already know I will need a line out converter but where is the best/ easiest place to tap into the factory speaker wires, both to feed the converter and have the amp feed the speakers?

What ohm is the factory " sub" ? From the factory is it full range or crossed over? What size is it?

Also is there room for a small amp under the dash?
