I've searched for hours. When you make a turn, something is rolling around under the steering wheel or door or dash or tray something. It seems very smooth like a ball bearing.

Did the mechanic of the previous owner throw some bearings snd m&ms in the dash vents, ir is this annoyance purpose built?

 

You probably bought a guy's car year ago with same problem. It ended up being a marble, can't remember if he got it out.

 

It was in the air vents under the seat if I remember correctly.
