Friend of mine had similar quote for CAD$1500 for front and rear, pads and rotors. After pleading with the MB service that he is broke and poor, the price went down to CAD$800. Lol.

Update - just had all 4 rotors changed and new pads... £817 ($1100). Still ridiculous but I am calming myself down by trying to convince myself it is 'only £200 per wheel' (which it is).

Unless your W205 is a C63 then it's still a bit of a rip off, MB of Newcastle on ebay sells kits for front and rear, both totalling £432, any indie garage will happily change them over for you for £100-150 so in the worst case scenario you got a pleasure of paying £220 extra for letting the dealership do it with no difference in quality of material and objectively work either.

I did look at indie garages - they were quoting around £750 (supply and fit) so I'm (sort of) happy with the dealer cost. Appreciate I could have done it for less by buying myself but I'd rather have the dealer do it for the sake of £70.
I was just shocked at the prices in the first place.
