i'm really not a car guy, but I still want my 2012 C43 sound louder.
So I just bought an AMG C43 and it doesnt come with the performance exhaust. Is there a way to make it louder without hardware modification? Please help.
And on the window sticker, it does have this amg sports exhaust system. What's the difference between the amg sports exhaust system and amg performance exhaust?

Performance is louder then sport exhaust. The performance exhaust comes with a button on the central console to make the car louder (Valvetronic system).
But how are you going to make it louder without any hardware change?
This is what I have done:
Full Armytrix exhaust system with its down pipe (Valvetronic system included). You get a remote control to open and clause the valve just like the amg performance exhaust.
K&N filterBrabus power box
I am happy with how its sound now compared to before specialy on S+

If you living in back country, maybe grabbing a screw driver and punching a hole in your muffler requires no hardware mod. Which pretty much is what performance exhaust is, with a flap switch bypasses the muffler making it a straight pipe in a sense, so yeah, muffler delete.
Be warned though, you will get drones and vibration without resonator/muffler.
