Command System constantly rebooting

Command System constantly rebooting
Hello, I have a 2016 C300 Designo, AMG package model. The console screen/Command System? keeps rebooting. It will take about a minute to go from blank to display the Mercedes logo for about 4 minutes and then reboots in a constant loop.
I have disconnecte the main battery and fuses to try and reset it but that did not work. Should I disconnect the auxiliary regulator/battery too?
Tried pressing the CD eject button for 15 seconds and that did not work either.
Any advise?

get the software reloaded from dealer. I had same issue where it was continuously rebooting so took it to the deal they did upgrade the software it was fine for few weeks then it started again so dealer told me I have to change the comand system $4000 I said *** that came home and removed the harddisk and that solved the reboot issue so I bought an ssd from amazon clone image the hdd to ssd and fixed the issue at the end it only cost me $120 for ssd and $150 for dealer to update the software before

I used Hiren’s BootCD PE to boot and used Acronis TrueImage software to clone the drive but you can use any cloning software to do so.Hard Disk Tools – Imaging
- Acronis TrueImage 2021 build 39216
- AOMEI Backupper v6.5.1
- Lazesoft Disk Image & Clone v4.0.0.1
- Macrium Reflect PE v7.3.5925
- Runtime DriveImage XML v2.60

I tried everything. Reset, battery check.
I ejected the SD nav card ... and it never happened again
