Driver door not locking properly (or sensor)

Hi,

I had a small accident with just some scratch near the edge of the front door (edge near the back door). The door has to be removed and then reinstalled. After that, the door starts to have locking problems, roughly 5 times in about a month.

When I lock the door while sitting in the driver seat, it may not be shown as locked. The car will show warning the door is not locked. Opening and closing a few times won't really help. I used the screw driver to lock the latch and then try to open it (button or key). However, last time the latch won't open and I hadto use the physical key to open the door to get it working again.

I'm wondering what kind of problem this could be. Is that a faulty sensor (that the door is actually locked)?

Thanks
