Got my 2016 W2015 C350e in June this year.
Sadly the driver seat air cooled seat has not been working since I got it. When the passenger air cooling is on I can clearly hear the very loud fan that blows the cold air.
When pressing the driver seat cooling there is no noise at all, and no air blowing.
The button does work, and shows three steps of cooling.

Is this something that is prone to stop working? Could there be some cable underneath the seats that has been pulled apart by a foot or something?
What can I do to find out more?
