I have a C200 cabrio (2019) with basic sound system.

It's possible to install Burmester subwoofer? My idea is replace right side sw and install left side with a pair that I've seen in eBay.

Should work. Another good replacement are the Match Up W8MB-S4 (lefthand or right hand version depending on your car).
