Hi there. Unless you swap your engine for a 3.0L V6 biturbo (which would be a ridiculous endeavor), then no. A 2.0 I4 turbo will never sound like a C43, sorry man.
There are aftermarket exhaust options for the 2.0 that are louder. To me it just sounds like a louder 4cyl. Not my cup of tea. But for those that find that sound pleasant, go for it! You have options.

Good point Keith. The OP only option is to install an AMG engine to get a pure AMG sound. I installed Armytrix with its downpipe even though I am very happy with the new sound its no where near a C43.
Bellow is a link to how it sounds now. Its a C200 AMG line with Brabus Power box and K&N air filter.

Download the C43 engine note and put it on your phone plug your phone in the car, you know where this is going... (To be fair, automakers are pretty much doing this already, except they have it completely integrated)
Other than that sorry op , there is no cheap way to make it sound like one and it isn't easy as well as it is simply not a V6. It might end up being cheaper if you got an actual C43 instead after you add up all the cost of the mods. Another option is a good condition 2016 C450 and it is relatively close to the price of the total price of your C300 plus the mods (depends on where you live it might not be the case), the C450 sounds pretty good too as it is pretty much the same car as the C43 just with some minor mechanical differences (7G vs 9G transmission being one)
In the mean time, enjoy your C300, it is a great car at its own right, it is such a comfortable car to cruise in unlike the stiff suspension my car has (facelift C43 has a softer suspension though so there's that but it won't be close to a comfort tuned C300 as it serves different purposes)
Edit: Forgot to mention, for the sound idea, it will be hard synchronize your throttle input and the sound's timing, so it might take a while to figure it out.

The sound u hear is a resonation sound which is different depending on how the pistons are fired. That is why amg has such a specific sound. No exhaust system can replicate it, it can only make the sound your engine makes loader or a little higher or lower in frequency

I am sure op will enjoy the sound of the M133.
Jokes aside (on my previous post with the playing sound through phone although car manufacturers nowadays does exactly this) If op still wants the C43 sound I still don't know where he is from but most likely it is cheaper to get a used C450 or C43 in his country, I love to be wrong though. Either way op, keep us updated and please share your thoughts with us on how you wish to proceed.

If Hyundai 4 cylinder turbo can burble, why can't my turbo 4 banger *add car* do it too... Is probably what he is thinking.
Actually the very first batch of C300 produced the burble, but was too sporty and was into C400 territory and soon detuned it. If you take it to some tuner, they can program to detonate unburnt fuel and decrease your milage too.
