Cannot Extend Factory Warranty
Did anyone have trouble extending their factory warranty. My car is still under warranty and they are telling me my car is not eligible.

It's a 2018 C300 convertible. Yes, I wanted to extend the warranty through MB. MB of Miami is telling me the reason is because I am the third owner. Does that make sense? Only 37k miles on the car.
