mbrace trial unlock and remote start expired
Has anyone renewed just these features? How much does it cost? I've read that the full suite runs $199 a year, not worth it to me but I am starting to miss my remote lock/unlock feature. The app won't tell you the price, it tells you to call.

Pricing is visible through the app, or by calling customer service. Possibly also MBUSA website but haven’t tried that lately. It’s in the range of $200 per year give or take.

So the features you want are under mbrace Connect, but they are available with a paid subscription to mbrace Secure or Entertain. Secure is $199 a year and Entertain is $18 per month ($216 a year).
I renewed my mbrace Secure because I liked that it provides additional security and assistance like automatic collision notification, stolen vehicle assistance, and SOS calls. It seems like a relatively cheap way to make sure you have an alternative way of communicating with someone if you're ever in an accident. So I renewed it with the thought of it being like insurance, hoping I never use it but will be glad to have it when I do.
If you call mbrace support, you might be able to get a discounted rate of $149.99. I was able to renew it at that price.$12.50 a month for some additional peace of mind isn't too bad in my opinion!

It'd be an excellent feature when you lock the car with keys inside. Keyless go will detect keys inside but it can do malfunction sometimes. But I will not renew mbrace for $150/year, not to mention $220/year. Maybe I will attach a mechanical key on the frame with a magnet just in case. I can do SOS calls with my cell phone. It's almost impossible to steal FBS4 vehicles without a genuine key, so I don't worry about it much.
