Hello everyone, hope you’re all having a wonderful day.

long story short, i took my w205 to a what turns out a very bad shop to install ambient lights.

he messed around with it and for some reason all power has been cut out from the 2 usb ports and sd card slot in the center console arm rest.

I’ve confronted him about it and he completely denied that he had any involvement in it (it won’t end here).

Searched around everywhere but no result.. does anyone have any idea what the exact cause could be?

Did you try removing the console to check if there are any loose cables.
