Is my head gasket blown
Ok , so I recently changed my spark plugs for the second time . Last time was 15k miles ago . After doing so I noticed white smoke coming out of my exhaust . Upon inspection there was oil all over the top of my valve cover . I didn’t have my plastic engine vanity cover on so I narrowed it down to oil spraying up out the side of the oil filler cap based off the oil I saw on the cloth hood baffle . I was getting no codes before but am now getting a cylinder 3 misfire and my new plug associated with that cylinder is dark and wet looking after maybe driving in it for 20 minutes whereas the other new ones are fine . White smoke is still coming out of my exhaust sporadically and only seems to after under boost . It’s also coming out of my dipstick and oil cap at idle if I remove them . Anyone have a clue how bad this is . I attached a video .

That's bad.
You have significant pressure in the crankcase. Either failed head gasket or failed piston rings.
Bad PCV can create similar problems, but not smoke out the exhaust.
What's the backstory on this vehicle? What happened? Why did you decide to change spark plugs after 15k miles?
