Discovered today a clicking sound coming from the blower motor area on the first day of cold temps. Blower motor itself was replaced earlier this year and just installed fresh filters earlier this week.

I don’t think it’s the vent actuator that is common to C classes as the frequency of the clicking sound is directly tied to fan speed. Car was running just fine a couple days ago and not sure what other parts it could be. Any help is appreciated.
