Connecting to the internet
Hi guys
I have 2015 C250, not command I think it’s audio 20. When the car was new I remember being able to connect to the internet via the phone, I have had several phones since then but have never been able to connect since. I can connect the phone via Bluetooth and I have followed the instructions to connect to the internet but I keep getting the message that the phone is not connected to the internet. I have tried with IPhone 6 , 10 and 12 with the same result, any clues?

It worked before ? I heard and also personally experienced that the internet hotspot you get doesn’t actually work on W205s I bought the entertain package for mbrace in order to have the remote start and all of those features but there is never any service when using then hotspot in the car

The BT connection is for calling, sms and adress book only. If you want to go online you must turn your phone in a hotspot and then let the car connect to it.
as far as I know you need the comand ntg5 for this
