Hey guys, so recently just purchased a 2016 c300 which has a 2L 4 cylinder and one of the first mods i have done is downpipe. I love it from the sound to the power gain although the more i look into exhausts for the vehicle, im seeing people talk about the downpipe being bad for the engine with no tune. Is this true ? I did not realize itll be bad for the turbo and engine and i was also about to install a intake. Would this be too much air entering the turbo and engine. Please help,:/ I do not have the money right now for a couple hundred dollar tune.
Why not tunning it since you already have a downpipe you can do stage 2. More fun.
I installed Armytrix exhaust system with its downpipe and added a Brabus power box. The car changed performance and sound wise.
