Bluetooth Audio Connection Problem

Hi everyone,

Just picked up a 2015 c220d BlueTec estate a few days ago.
Unfortunately I can't pair my phone with the car for media playback. It works fine for phonecalls under the phone section, but under the media section I can't connect it.

I've searched for the device separately on the media page, it shows up and appears to connect at first. But when it returns to the main media page, it says "no Bluetooth audio device connected" and won't let me do anything to change that. I've tried de-authorising, forgetting MB on my phone, deleting Bluetooth cache, resetting COMAND and lots of other things mentioned on this forum to no avail.

Has anyone had the same problem and able to help???

Many thanks!
Dan

UPDATE:

I managed to get connected via bluetooth to the media using my old Samsung Galaxy S7 phone
So it seems like a firmware issue with the Mercedes computer?

Any idea how I can update it so I can use my current phone (Pixel 4)?
