Sunroof not fully closing

Hello all,
I have a c200 - 2015 with only 40,000 km
The sunroof did act weirdly when I try to close it all the way.
It fully opens no problem, but when it comes to closing it remains popped up.
Here is how it looks like

Maybe it's something to do with the wind deflector, it's not going down
