Mercedes Me Remote Start Working?
I have a 2017 c300 and it was working on the app before I had problems with my window. Now the app says it cannot start because windows and sunroof are closed try again. I took the car to get fixed at dealership and after they fixed my window they are saying my car does not have that feature that is why it does not work? Anybody had these problems before?

If it worked before service then stopped working after service, the person telling you your car does not have the feature either doesn't know what they're talking about or they are not giving you correct information.
I would take it back or go to another dealer if you can. Good luck!

2017 if I am not wrong had mbrace and it’s complimentary or free for 5 years…which is why the dealer is saying it expired. You can try calling mbrace support to see if they can migrate and register your VIN on Mercedes Me Connect and if that’s even possible? Also if there are costs associated with it….
