Leak in Transmission oil cooler line

Hey all.. I have noticed a leak in my Transmission oil cooler line (hoses) and was going to tackle replacing myself.. Is this something that shouldn't be too hard .. or should I just take it to a mechanic.
has anyone done it and can anyone give any tips. much appreciated.
