Audio Malfunction

This past March my audio randomly cut out one afternoon home. The following morning I got an alert that the Auxiliary Battery failed (I did notice my start/stop and the blind spot assist stopped working too). After replacing the Auxiliary under the glove box, the vehicle returned back to normal.

The fast forward to now, all the above systems paused again. I had to replace the main battery in the car for it to come back online and resume normal operation. Read online something about Audio 2 error or a faulty battery can be the culprit? Thoughts?

Is your car with the Burmester pack or just the standard Audio20? I'd start with replacing the speaker, no idea what channel 2 here is but likely one of the front doors and go from there.

channel 2 is right front mid range. And my money is on door wiring. But could be wiring in general, or speaker, or even door control module.
However ur radio software has to be updated cz u get error of malfunction there too. Either way you will have to go to dealership or find someone who gonna update ur radio software.

Wiring could be headache to find, but if it says that channel 2, so its already reading fault out of door module and not anywhere else in car. That leaves you with A- door wiring, B-speaker, C-faulty door control module
