This start stop feature. Your headlights shouldn’t be dimming during the stop right? When the car starts again from a stop and the headlights get brighter, def seems like an indication that the batterie is going bad, true?

From my experience when the battery is below a certain voltage the eco start/stop feature will not activate. So if the battery is going bad the car detects that and disables the eco start/stop feature.
