Question Artico leather cracking - best way to repair or stop from getting worse?

Hi all! One of the small issues I've got on my car that I'm going to try and tackle is my slightly cracking/flaking artico leather on the driver's seat. It's been this way since I got the car so I don't know if it was left in the sun or if this just sometimes happens. The leather in this area near the airbag button thing feels quite dry and brittle compared to the rest. Are there any leather/vinyl repair options that I should look at to try and fix this? My main concern is getting a colour match, I could find repair kits but nothing seemed to have this brown colour (124A on my vin decoder readout). I'd consider leaving it but I'm slightly worried about it getting worse.
