When accelerating from a constsnt speed, my transmission seems to shift out of gear then back into the same gear until it down shifts. (Example 3rd gear to 3rd gear then to 2nd gear). Oil was changed by the dealer then a software update was done, didn't help the issue, transmission was replaced "in good faith, long story" didn't change the issue.
