I have a 2016 c300 I purchased for my wife. She accidentally left the sunroof open and much rain got into the vehicle. When tried to turn it on it says "Service required do not shift gears visit dealer" Inoperative error etc. Replaced the battery and capacitor. Took off passenger carpet and tested fuse all of them good. Took off driver carpet and cleaned off the flood to a point where it's dry now. I tested the fuse box and half don't work (Pic uploaded) I tested the fuses underneath the hood and none of them work. Tested the trunk (refer to pic) half work. The OBD gets power but no signsl. Where do I start? What am I looking at worse case? New SAMs? Relays? MB star programming via xentry? I have insurance helping me out and not wanting it to get totaled as I feel it would if I sent it to the dealer considering they will send a huge bill. The checks on the fuse chart are good fuses and the X are the ones that dont work. Any help is appreciated thanks

You need someone qualified to troubleshoot that, else you'll be chasing problems forever. Insurance isn't "helping you out" by doing anything other than paying for MB to diagnose it and yes- it may be totaled if there's a lot of water damage. Why fight it?
