OP is referring to this: https://www.mbhouse.ca/uploads/produ...lift338233.jpg
Edit: Basically you can select a different ambient light colour for illumination, there is also presets. like Red Sky or something I forgot the names.

Perhaps contacting MBHouse and see if they can possibly do it, if not RJAutomotive? Both of them were highly recommended by forum members here. As you know, the GLC facelift have MBUX after all.

I know the guys are MBHouse. My car was the first car where they learned to code the dash to retrofit my Digital Dash. I would contact them first to find out but it looks like you are far from them as they are located in Canada.

I also talked to a few guys with some programming exp one is a MB “ master tech”
so will see what he has to say, but I will do remote if they can’t. I’ll keep u all posted

Did you order from them? I keep seeing many different types.
1. Where the lights are controlled by the Steering Wheel or Door Controls as seen on Flexx Youtube Channel
2. There is another company I have found in Canada under 4X4 iNav you don't need any coding to be done. You just install it and you cycle through your already 3 colour option and as you cycle it changes the LED colour but you don't see it on the screen like you would in the 2020+ models
3. MB House looks like the LED work perfectly as purchased from MB however only if you have Net 5.5, if not, not sure how theirs will work if you don't have this update.
Can't really trust what is on Aliexpress but I figure they are more inline with what Flexx has installed on his C-Class.

So I ordered my from 4x4inavi and all I can say is that it looks amazing. Yes, you only cycle through the colours using your stock display as it uses the CAMBUS to hack the system so the car thinks it's normal to cycle through the colours and the module changes the voltage to effect the LEDS.
It was a real pain to do the center and to pull the wire through from one side to the other. I did purchase a pull through which had little claws on the end and that worked perfectly. One thing I have to warn, like others have stated, at night you see the reflection of the lights in your side mirrors or on the window. So that will be something you will have to deal with as a trade off. It's winter here with all the snow so I did little by little and all I have now to do it the 2 front doors but I'm gonna wait until it's warmer since those ones are known to be harder to take off and I don't want to break anything. The back doors weren't easy but I took my time to tie everything up, nice and neat.

So u we’re adding the the led vents?
Did u do multicolor upgrade too?
I think all the vents work pretty well just a matter of how easy they are to install
im doing the remote coding to get the multicolor animation. If anyone uses MB house, call them don’t email. I will keep u posted on the remote coding
but they have good prices.
Removing the speed limiter is 1/2 the price of others I’ve seen

Yes, I got my vents but not the speakers as I think that could be to much light inside the car and already the lights in the vent can be seen in the window now.
Did you install anything yet?

Is there such a thing as too much ambient lighting? Some examples I've seen give the car the ambiance of a strip club.

Yeah, I didn't install any on the speakers.. It's was to much for me. I think the vents, door and maybe the leg space is good. I also did the back of my seats where if you do it yourselves, it was damn hard.

I have my vents, passenger dashboard trim, center console, footwells and under-seats done but still have the doors to install before I can power up everything.
