2017 C300 with Burmester sound system does not store Surround Sound settings
Hi - title says the story On my 2017 C300, when I setup surround sound for both front and back, then turn off the engine, close the door and turn the engine & sound system back on again, the surround sound setting "reverts" to only the front. Has anybody else encountered this? Is it possible to prevent this somehow?

Where you installing aftermarket amplifier or something and disconnected the factory amp harness, then started the car?
Try:
Close door, hold down CD button until command system reboots. Turn off vehicle, open and lock door, wait 5 minutes, unlock door, start car, then check if it's working again.
If that doesn't work, Go into system settings and factory reset the command.
