I researched the steering wheel and the vibration motor sits in the trim at the bottom of my oem steering wheel.
The original trim has to be transferred to the new wheel (including the motor inside)
not sure why you are so bent out of shape. just swap over your vibro motor from the stock wheel and send it. order the wheel and call it a day. dont be a pita customer

the oem lane assist motor is pretty expensive. there are 2 control modules (black box in the wheel) one for lane assist one without lane assist) the 150 charge is for a lane assist box with the motor. you can look it up they arnt cheap.
plus it would be foolish to install a wheel from china using their parts as apposed to your oem parts that you know 100% function.
if youd like to jump down the rabbit hole with me i can tell you the w205 wheel also comes with 4 variations of steering wheel buttons and 8 different steering wheel control modules. if you install a set that is different from your car there is a good chance it wont work unless its coded to your car. so again its foolish to not use your oem buttons. most companies avoid selling complete wheels for w205 for that reason. a simple build will turn into a complete nightmare real quick
in addition if youve never bought parts from china, most of the sales reps dont actually know english. you cant send long complicated messages. something is going to get lost in the translator. Iv ordered carbon lips, diffusers and such. same thing got to break it down.
but anyway look around at all these different carbon companies. chances are they are all selling empty cores for the reasons above. $1000 is not a bad price for the options you selected

And I have no clue what that connector is, are you sure it doesn't tie into the upper components? My OEM wheel only has 2 connectors and they are both rectangular and plug into the column. Left for the wheel buttons and right for the airbag.

Well, after spending an hour searching images and videos of "Mercedes W205 steering wheel", it looks like the OEM steering wheel might come with that blue connector and it attaches to the right side of the board inside top of the steering wheel.
I am just curious as to what it connects too (speaker, buzzer?) and why there is a duplicate in the aftermarket wheel. I thought everything with wires would transfer over to the new wheel.
