Sorry for the answer you weren't looking for but the answer is no. There may be aftermarket solutions that comes out that mimics the OEM setup but otherwise if you want to go OEM, answer is no. Sorry about that.

Yup that is why I said there may be aftermarket solutions. I heard there are some coders that does this exact thing actually but they charges a lot, I mean a lot. These coders reside in Russia and Singapore if I remembered correctly, not sure how reliable they are though. If OP really wants to do it or are at least interested in getting a quote, searching the forum might yield their contact info, I can't find it right now but OP might be able to.
Oh wait it says it includes the digital instrument cluster but then there is a checkbox for the add-on which is $789.21 USD on top of the $5,925.00 USD. That description was misleading then.

The inclusion of the Addons checkbox causes the confusion. The digital cluster is mentioned as "included" in the description and also in the specifications tab.

Yes, you need to updated digital screen and it will work with the newer NT system and you will have every function the newer cars have including the option for all the ambient colours.

I contacted a guy out of Singapore and he wanted $4,700. He claimed a lot of people were doing it. LOL. I'm surprised no one in the U.S. Is undercutting them. I've seen new head unit on Ebay for $526.71. There's probably an adapter rather than new harness plus coding. The parts are probably about 1K or maybe less. I refuse to believe it costs that much. I'm going to research it more.

Carsystems from Ukraine produce the adaptor, if you want to buy the parts by yourself.
But you will need a lot of experience and knowledge to choose parts numbers, IC, Head Unit, Steering Wheel, much more than 1K... as for example the MBUX will need to be 'prepared" for accepting the licenses for your car, so @EleBest is the best option.
For coding they need you to have a laptop and have TeamViewer installed to allow them to remote in and install the coding software.
You will need Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 adapter. Not sure if it's provided free by them in the kit or an extra cost. Not sure if it's a real Tactrix adapter or a china clone.
The car owner will be responsible to provide the laptop, install the car parts, transfer the harness wires as needed. Connect the Openport 2.0 and ensure it's working.
If you only have 3 color ambient, I am not sure it will still work like before. You may have to upgrade to 64 colors.
Stated price was about $3000 USD.

That's more reasonable but still high but he has to make a living. I only have the 3 color ambient (weak) on my 2015 C400. I would only consider for touchscreen. My guest-imate was for used parts although I think you need a new cluster which I forgot about. Found a NTG 5.2 and ran the VIN. It said it had Car Play. Not sure what to make of that.

if PreFL: You can do MBUX too, but as you know facelift W205 still using NTG5.5 so perfect software is NTG5.5. If you do MBUX: some minor issues: no C class car image, we will replace it by E class image. No full screen android auto, only full screen CarPlay, if you are Android user.
