SIGHILL Charger PD/USB-C Port Light Blinking

SIGHILL Charger PD/USB-C Port Light Blinking
Good day everyone!
I purchased the newest SIGHILL charger with the PD/USB-C port. Overall, such an amazing product and just fits perfect in my '22 AMG C43; truly enjoying it. However, I have just one concern/question. For anyone who has this charger, does your PD/USB-C port light blink green constantly even when not using it? I made sure everything was plugged in all the way into the cigarette lighter, cleaned the area as well and even tried the charger in the cigarette lighter in the back and still a blinking green light. I went as far as to using as a test, a separate extended cigarette lighter cable and the same result. Thus, I've seen a few install videos showing no green light, a constant green light, and what I'm experiencing a blinking green light. I even asked on Amazon and Youtube and haven't received a consistent answer. Attached is a video showing what I'm experiencing.
Can anyone with this product offer any input?

I know quite a few people own this wireless charger, so any input is appreciated, as I have tried to contact SIGHILL as well and dead silence, as they have not responded to any messages or emails. Thank you!
