I’m trying to do the retrofit CarPlay for my 2017 w205.
I just got everything I need, installed all the cables fine.
but the screen now shows Anti-Thief Protection activated.
it was a risk that I knew.

but I need the code to deactivate it. Assuming I can access a Xentry or Vediamo.

any trustworthy place to buy the key online?
I have the VIN of the old car, the serial number of the Radio and of course my VIN number.

any suggestions?

Were you able to get the radio PIN code and if so, how?

 

I ended up getting the PIN code from RapidRadioCodes. It cost £15 and you need to write to them by email as it's not instantly available online.
