No Volume Control through media interface
Hi all
I’ve got this issue on a Mercedes C250D with WTG 5.0 interface. When I plug in my iPhone 11 via usb (media interface 2) and use Spotify, I can’t adjust the volume at all.
bluetooth connection works fine with volume etc, however the sound quality is appalling (I believe it may be because I store my phone in the centre console by the 12v plug as that’s where the phone mount is - then vents are useless for mounting phones) and is why I’ve opted to try and use the media interface via USB which sounds fine but stays at one volume.
ive tried my phone being on full volume and adjusting and just fiddling around in general but nothing has seemed to change. I have also looked on previous forums when people have discussed this and there’s not an obvious fix, can anyone please help, thanks.

Hopefully someone can help. As an Android user we hardly have any problems however many Apple Users seem to have problems. It would seem that the Monopoly of Apple and their way of doing crazy program stuff to their phone users, caused so many problem and people blame the car and it's radio when it's actually the phone causing the problem. I just stream Bluetooth music using the Bluetooth option in the Command center.
