how do i turn off the automatic lights
Hi to all I would like to ask if there is an option in the car menu to only work the front lights manually and not automatically...
I go into the garage several times a day and they flash for no reason. No matter how much I've searched the car menu I haven't been able to find anything
the car is a facelift if that matters..

My suggestion would be don’t let the lights coming on bother you.

so your lights flash whenever you approach the car?
only time my lights do anything automatically is when lock/unlock car or if I open a door if I've left the car unlocked.

We aren’t reading this the same way. I take it to mean that he drives into the garage several times a day. Why else would he be asking about a manual switch?

I'm from beautiful Greece! A few days ago I bought the Facelift C 180 122 hp car and I am very satisfied
On our topic: I don't think there's any reason for the low beams to turn on and off on a sunny day because maybe the light detector picked up some darkness...or when I walk in out of the garage that open is.
There's no way to turn it off via the car switch, and I'm asking if there's a menu option...or some other way.
only way I know of turning off auto lights is by the switch, you could get it coded out but nothing in the actual car menus offer this as far as I know

the switch under drivers air vent.

As said above, the light switch has no OFF position. The lights in MB cars are always on. The only way to turn them off is to leave it in Auto, and then they turn off when not needed. So yes, the lights turn on as well when I start the car in the garage, and then they turn off shortly after I'm outside. No big deal. I don't even pay attention to it. I have the exterior light delay turned on anyway, so the lights turn on for various reasons when unlocking the car etc.
I can see there being a concern if yours has the Halogen lights as those will eventually burn out, but with the LED lights it's not gonna significantly shorten their lifetime.

Actually you can put the lights into one of the parking positions and they will be completely off with engine running, they will however turn on for the chosen side once the car is turned off.
