Hi guys,
Im having an issue with a S205 C180 2015 65000km, an awful Judder when braking, driving seat and passenger seat started shaking, I can notice the whole coupe is shaking.
Not in the steering wheel.
New brake pads and rotors in the front and back, less than 1000km .
I have cleaned the hub.. but with no change.
Just balanced the wheels.
Read on other post it may be the hold function, tried not using the function but it still vibrates as hell! '
Is it possible that the Rear bearing wheel is the main issue?
going to change the front left wheel bearing soon, but dont think it may be the reason..
Anyone that can help me with this horrible problem..?

Was the brakes done at a reputable shop? Or u did it yourself? I ask because some shops don’t know u have the release the rear brakes to service them etc but if that’s not the case, then maybe there’s a air bubble in the lines and needs to be bleed. I doubt it’s an alignment issue but maybe. Let us know if u figured it out
good luck!
good luck!ChrisHimself

what pads and rotors did you use? you usually can't feel anything from the rears being off so your problem is in the front
you have uneven brake contact surface.

Sorry for the late reply..
It was a private mechanic who changed the brakes, but he did not release the electric handbreak it with a computer but manually.
what is the differences?
so im going to a mechanic this week, and we will try to put it in service position and assembly again.
i used ATE rotors and Bosch pads.

doing it by force isn’t how it’s supposed to be done, it “can be done” but it will damage it. you don’t need a computer just with the steering wheel controls. Rude to ask but I always ask if they know how to, if not bring your business else where. Ps brands don’t “really” matter, find one that doesn’t have much to little brake dust if that matters to you, if not any would be fine as long as it fits the model you have. Might as well check the suspension/busghings etc while they’re in there. Originally Posted by Johnnyb3good

OP, hopefully the "manual" release didn't damage anything. Are there noticeable corrosion on the rotor by chance? That could also cause vibration, if not does bedding them in solve the issue? Originally Posted by Johnnyb3good
