2017 C300 4Matic trunk will not operate correctly
Hello,
New to this forum but have a quick question. My 2017 C300 trunk will not open correctly. When I press the button on Fob, driver door, or with foot wave it will unlatch the trunk and will spring up slightly. It will not go up or down on it own. I have fooled around the trunk limit height on the screen in the car and that does not have any effect. Is it possible a fuse and if so, where would it be? Do you have any thought on what I should do next. This vehicle has about 30K miles on it so I would think it should not be wore out. Of course, MB would like me to make a service call on this but I would like to hear your opinions.
