2015 c300 footwell ambient lighting stopped working

2015 c300 footwell ambient lighting stopped working
Hello all, looking for some help with an issue I'm having on my 2015 c300. Last night driving home I noticed the footwell ambient lighting in the front and back of the vehicle stopped working. Strange thing is all other lighting works as should, and if I turn on the dome light the footwell lights all come on so I know they work, they just don't come on ambiently anymore out of nowhere. I just had the car at the dealer to look into a road vibration issue, not sure when this started as I'm just now catching it.
I really loved this feature, not sure where to look I'm thinking maybe I need to reset the module that controls the ambient lighting if possible. I do not have any ambient lighting controls to adjust that I can find. I tried disconnecting the main battery with no luck. I belive there is another auxiliary battery that possibly I could try disconnecting, or possibly a fuse I can pull?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
