Acoustic lock confirmation not retaining

Acoustic lock confirmation not retaining
Hello,
I found that after disabling the acoustic lock verification the next day it seems to be reenabled. The only other feature that does not retain is where the DVD players playback point is.
any ideas why it appears these features do not work properly ? Why would acoustic lock verification reenable itself ?
