C300 coupe
engine change.

Hey guys, I have a 2017 c300 coupe, but I'm not happy with the engine it has and also with the roar which is really bad for me, can anyone tell me if it's possible to swap it for the c43 engine and if it needs a lot of adaptation or not?
Is it worth it for the cost benefit and is it easier to change cars?

Roar? What roar?
It is certainly possible but depending on how cheap you can source the C 43 engine, that said, the 7G+ transmission might not work with the C 43 engine as well as I am not sure if the C 300 is a 4MATIC?
I would start looking for a used C 43 and hopefully that works out instead. If not C 450 is not bad either. Or you can even go with C 400 if you don't need the extra power. Those are pretty affordable nowadays.
