I don't think this is a common problem except on the W205 C300 as there are lots of videos on showing how to change out the bulky Thermostat.
My C450 AMG is having a problem with keeping Temperature and when I test the thermostat it's shows as open so I know I need to replace it.
I already bought the replacement Thermostat however I am stuck are removing the top of the engine as there is a plastic connector that I do not know how to remove and wondering if anyone an help.
It's the connector that it connected to the engine cover which connected to the Air Cooler.
